Herbal Sauce

  1. Greek youghurt
  2. Herbs from the garden (mint, chive, garlic tops, dill, parsley)
  3. Red fish eggs (caviar)

Clean the herbs and chop them into small pieces. Mix them with the yogurt and caviar. Leave for ½ an hour before serving.

  • Goes well with smoked salmon or smoked Greenland halibut
